1.  Locate the Manage Catalog Section

  • Manage Catalog: In the Manage Rewards section from Company Tab, find and click on the Manage Reward section. This section is dedicated to managing the rewards available to your employees.

  1. Add a New Reward

  • Click on Add Icon: In the Manage Catalog section, click on the Add Icon from the top right corner to create a new reward product.

  • Enter Reward Details:

    • Image: Upload an image oxf the reward to make it visually appealing.

    • Product Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name for the reward.

    • Description (Optional): Provide a detailed description of the reward.

    • Stock Quantity: Specify the stock quantity available for the reward.

    • Points Required: Specify the number of points required to redeem this reward.

    • Admin Note: Admin may add extra notes to the employee to let them provide you extra informations.

  • Advanced Settings: Advanced settings can be modify to set certain limits to the employee from redeeming the rewards.

  • Save or Publish Reward: Once all details are filled in, click the Save as Draft button to save the product or Publish button to add the new reward to the catalog.


  1. Edit an Existing Reward

  • Find the Reward: In the Reward Catalog, browse or search for the reward you want to edit.

  • Click to view details and edit: Click on the desired product to view the details. To edit the product, just click on the field you want to edit. 
    If you are editing the product image, just click on Pencil Icon from the bottom right, your album will be prompted, select your new product image and the product image shall be updated automatically.

  • Update Reward Details: Make the necessary changes to the selected field, and click on the Update Button.


  1. Delete or Unpublish a Reward

  • Find the Reward: In the Reward Catalog, browse or search for the reward you want to remove or unpublish.

  • Click on Delete or Unpublish: If you are willing to unpublish or delete the reward, you shall see the 2 buttons sticking below your screen. You may delete or unpublish the product accordingly.
    * By deleting the product, you will never retrieve the current product data anymore. If you want to unlist them temporarily, click 'Unpublish' instead.

  • Confirm Removal: Confirm that you want to delete or unpublish the reward by clicking the 'Ok' on the prompt modal.
