This guide will be teaching you on how to redeem your rewards prepared from the company, as well as checking your redemption statuses in EasyReward App.

  • Redeem Rewards

  1. Access the Rewards Catalog

  • Find the Rewards Section: On your home page, click on the Redeem tab. This will take you to the Rewards Catalog where you can browse available items and experiences.

  • Explore Catalog: Scroll down or use the search button to explore the catalog.

  • View Details: Click on any reward item to view more details, including the number of points required, description, and any additional information.

  1. Redeem a Reward

  • Select Your Reward: Once you find a reward you’d like to redeem, click on the Redeem button at the bottom.

  • Check redemption status

    View Redemption History: To keep track of your redeemed rewards, go to the Redemptions tab.
