1. Locate the Button: On the home screen, find and click the Give Points button.

  1. Choose a GIF (Optional):

    1. Select GIF: You can add a fun and engaging GIF to your recognition message. Click on the Add GIF button and browse through available GIFs or search for one that suits your recognition.

    2. Add GIF: Select the desired GIF to include in your recognition message

  2. Add a Message:

    1. Write Your Message: Enter a personalized message in the message field.

  3. Or Choose an Inspiration Message:

    1. Select from Prewritten Messages: Click on the Inspiration button to choose from a list of prewritten recognition messages.

  4. Allocate Points:

    1. Enter Points: Specify the number of points you wish to award. For custom amount, click Custom and type the desired amount into the points field. 

  5. Add Receivers:

    1. Select Receivers: Choose the colleague(s) you want to recognize. You can search for their names or select from a list.

    2. Add Multiple Receivers: You can add multiple recipients if you wish to recognize more than one person at a time.

  6. Give Points:

    1. Send: Click the Give Points button to send your recognition message and award points.
